This personal data protection policy sets out the practices of POPOTE regarding the protection of personal data that may be collected on its website and mobile site.

In accordance with Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on data processing, data files and individual liberties, the processing of personal data has been declared to the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés; a registration number is currently being assigned.

Collection of personal data via the Website and Mobile Site

Users' personal data is collected when the User registers on the Website and Mobile Site, when they complete the registration form, and/or for any use of the Website and Mobile Site services.

Information about the User may also be collected when they browse the Website and Mobile Site, through the use of commonly used information-collection tools such as cookies.

Data controller and purposes for which data is collected

POPOTE is the data controller for data collected on the Website and Mobile Site.

The personal data used by POPOTE is intended to enable User identification, the sale of goods described in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, platform administration, and to facilitate navigation on the Website and Mobile Site.

Recipients of collected data and transfers

The data collected is intended for POPOTE.

Under no circumstances will the data collected on the website www.popote-bebe.fr be sold to third parties by POPOTE, except to its partners to enable the provision of services offered via the Website and Mobile Site, and to consumer research institutes with the User's consent.

No data will be transferred outside the European Union.

Retention period for personal data

Personal data is retained by POPOTE for a period of 3 years following the User's deregistration.

User rights regarding personal data

In accordance with Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, the User has the right to be informed about, access, and rectify their personal data.

The User also has the right to object to the processing of their personal data on legitimate grounds.

POPOTE may use cookies in the following cases:

• To enable the Website and Mobile Site to function, for example by determining the User's name and, when the User is logged in, by retrieving the account information needed to process their requests for information and services, and by identifying their browser type so that appropriately configured content can be displayed.

Amendments to this data protection statement

POPOTE may update this personal data protection policy on a regular basis.

POPOTE will notify Users of any significant changes to its personal data protection policy at least thirty (30) working days before such changes take effect.
