A gentle transition when needed
To switch infant formula, do it gradually: start with mostly the old formula and a little of the new one, then go half and half, until you have fully moved to the new formula in about a week. Formula should remain Baby's main food at mealtimes until the start of weaning, generally around 4–6 months.
