POPOTE'S PEA PURÉE FOR BABY
Did you know? Peas contain more protein, carbohydrates and fibre than most vegetables. A true classic for starting weaning from 4/6 months, Popote's organic pea purée will be by your side everywhere and for a long time!
To give your Popote a twist and offer Baby a bold combination, mix the peas with the green bean pouch, add a touch of fresh basil... Baby will love you for it ;) If you'd like more pea-based recipes, they're right here.
All our little pouches of vegetables, fruits and meats are organic and above all free from preservatives and unnecessary additives! Like a little jar for Baby… but in pouch format, absolutely perfect for babies on the go!
Our peas have been selected, podded and puréed #allgoodness.
A RECIPE FOR BABY
From 10 months, for a warming little soup, gently heat the pea purée for baby in a saucepan, then stir in a touch of crème fraîche and a finely chopped mint leaf. Delicious!
All our recipes can be found on Popote Minute. Feel free to share your recipe ideas with us by email at bonjour@popote-bb.fr 📩. We'll be happy to reshare them (and test them!).
Usage tips
- If this pouch has not been warmed up, it can be kept at room temperature and for up to 48 hours in the refrigerator after opening. Portionable and resealable, it can be reused provided hygienic storage conditions are maintained.
- Designed to preserve the ingredients, this little pouch is manufactured without bisphenol A in accordance with regulations and packaged under a protective atmosphere.
- Feel free to unleash your culinary creativity by making your own recipes, but never leave a child under 36 months to play with the cap or unsupervised!
- Don't forget to recycle. All our pouches, including their caps, can go straight into the recycling bin!

Can the products be frozen?
Our (delicious) little purées have been cooked and then sterilised (heated to a high temperature) to ensure their preservation.
You can freeze them without any problem by following a few guidelines (the ingredients may however lose a little of their flavour):
– Do not place the pouch directly in the freezer, as its structure may be affected by freezing.
– Pour the contents into a suitable container beforehand (an ice cube tray, for example) or cook them before freezing.
– Never refreeze a product that has already been thawed.
Parent tip: use our little pouches to cook recipes for your baby, then freeze them to keep them for longer!
Once opened, how long does the pouch keep?
Our baby pouches can be kept in the fridge for up to 48 hours for fruit, vegetables and yogurt-style pouches, and up to 36 hours for meat, fish and ready meal pouches, provided they are stored hygienically and with the cap properly closed.
Should you add fat to your products?
There is no added fat in our pouches (except in the complete little meals).
And as you might expect, fat is essential for Baby! You can therefore add a teaspoon of oil per day between 4 and 12 months, and 2 teaspoons between 12 and 36 months, into the purée after warming it up.
My baby is allergic to cow's milk protein
None of our pouches contain any trace of cow's milk protein, except for our plain yogurt, vanilla yogurt, porridge, our meal pouches and possibly our beef and veal pouches.
But don't panic! We've thought of everything with our plant-based yogurts: maximum discovery with the Oat-Apple and Coco-Banana for babies with CMPA (please note, they contain little calcium).
Psst, all our machines are cleaned before each new production run, so there's no risk of cross-contamination.
