Detailed description
POLLOCK PURÉE FOR BABIES BY POPOTE
When the time comes to introduce proteins into Baby's weaning journey, preparing such tiny portions is no easy feat. If you've ever tried cooking fish for a baby — hunting down bones, weighing, cooking, blending... you quickly realised it was going to take all day. So Popote Alaska Pollock is a bit of good news for this year ;).
THE BEST MEAL FOR BABY
From choosing the finest organic ingredients to crafting our recipes with no unnecessary additives, right through to filling our handy (and safe!) baby pouches... We tell you everything about the ingredients in our baby pouches. Because we don't mess around when it comes to Baby's health and nutrition!
Usage advice
- If this baby haddock purée pouch has not been warmed up, it can be kept at room temperature and for up to 36 hours in the fridge after opening. Portionable and resealable, it can be reused provided hygienic storage conditions are maintained.
- Designed to preserve the ingredients, this little baby purée pouch is manufactured without bisphenol A in accordance with regulations and packaged under a protective atmosphere.
- Feel free to unleash your culinary creativity by making your own baby recipes — but don't let your child under 36 months play with the cap or without supervision!
- Don't forget to recycle. All our pouches, including their caps, can go straight into the recycling bin!

Can the products be frozen?
Our (delicious) little purées have been cooked and then sterilised (heated to a high temperature) to guarantee their preservation.
You can freeze them without any problem by following a few guidelines (the ingredients may however lose a little of their flavour):
– Do not place the pouch directly in the freezer, as its structure may be altered by freezing.
– Pour the contents into a suitable container first (an ice cube tray, for example) or cook them before freezing.
– Never refreeze a product that has already been defrosted.
Parent tip: use our little pouches to cook recipes for baby, then freeze them to keep them for longer!
Once opened, how long does the pouch keep?
Our baby pouches can be kept in the fridge for up to 48 hours for fruit, vegetable and brassé pouches, and up to 36 hours for meat, fish and little dish pouches, provided they are stored hygienically and with the cap properly closed.
Do you need to add fat to your products?
There is no added fat in our pouches (except in the complete little meals).
And as you might expect, fat is life for Baby! You can therefore add a teaspoon of oil per day between 4 and 12 months, and 2 teaspoons between 12 and 36 months, into the purée after warming it up.
My baby is allergic to cow's milk protein
None of our pouches contain traces of cow's milk protein except our plain brassé, vanilla brassé, porridge, our little dishes and possibly our beef and veal pouches.
But don't panic! We've thought of everything with our plant-based brassés: a world of discovery with the Oat-Apple and Coco-Banana for babies with CMPA (please note, they contain little calcium).
Psst, all our machines are cleaned before each new production run, so no risk of cross-contamination.
