Detailed description
POPOTE'S ORGANIC BUTTERNUT SQUASH PURÉE FOR BABIES
Butternut squash is a winter vegetable with a gentle buttery flavour, soft and wonderfully smooth in texture. How do you make sure Baby can enjoy it all year round? Popote got to work and crafted an organic butternut squash purée that Baby can tuck into from 4/6 months. And for you, nothing could be simpler than blending it into something truly special — a splash of coconut milk, a hint of curry... There are a thousand ways to impress your little one!
In just 3 minutes flat, mix, experiment and introduce Baby to exciting new flavours with our single-ingredient pouches. The on-the-go version of the classic baby jar! Nothing better for making weaning a little more adventurous.
All Popote ingredients are 100% organic and, above all, preservative-free — only the good stuff!
A RECIPE FOR BABY
A colourful idea from 12 months (and ridiculously easy)?
In a small glass, layer the butternut squash purée and the veal purée, each warmed separately. Stunning, right?
All our recipes can be found on Popote Minute. Share your recipe ideas with us by email at bonjour@popote-bb.fr 📩. We'll be more than happy to reshare them (and test them, of course!).
Usage tips
- If this pouch has not been heated, it can be kept at room temperature and up to 48 hours in the fridge after opening. Portionable and resealable, it can be reused provided hygienic storage conditions are maintained.
- Designed to preserve the ingredients, this little pouch is manufactured without bisphenol A in accordance with regulations and packaged under a protective atmosphere.
- Feel free to unleash your culinary creativity by making your own recipes, but do not let your child under 36 months play with the cap or without supervision!
- Don't forget to recycle. All our pouches, including their caps, can go straight into the recycling bin!

Can the products be frozen?
Our (delicious) little purées have been cooked and then sterilised (heated to a high temperature) to ensure their preservation.
You can freeze them without any problem by following a few guidelines (the ingredients may however lose a little of their flavour):
– Do not place the pouch directly in the freezer, as its structure may be affected by freezing.
– Pour the contents into a suitable container beforehand (an ice cube tray, for example) or cook them before freezing.
– Never refreeze a product that has already been thawed.
Parent tip: use our little pouches to cook recipes for your baby, then freeze them to keep them for longer!
Once opened, how long does the pouch keep?
Our baby pouches can be kept in the fridge for up to 48 hours for fruit, vegetables and yogurt-style pouches, and up to 36 hours for meat, fish and ready meal pouches, provided they are stored hygienically and with the cap properly closed.
Should you add fat to your products?
There is no added fat in our pouches (except in the complete little meals).
And as you might expect, fat is essential for Baby! You can therefore add a teaspoon of oil per day between 4 and 12 months, and 2 teaspoons between 12 and 36 months, into the purée after warming it up.
My baby is allergic to cow's milk protein
None of our pouches contain any trace of cow's milk protein, except for our plain yogurt, vanilla yogurt, porridge, our meal pouches and possibly our beef and veal pouches.
But don't panic! We've thought of everything with our plant-based yogurts: maximum discovery with the Oat-Apple and Coco-Banana for babies with CMPA (please note, they contain little calcium).
Psst, all our machines are cleaned before each new production run, so there's no risk of cross-contamination.
