POPOTE'S BABY CARROT PURÉE
Easy to cook — raw, cooked, or blended — there are a thousand ways to prepare carrot for your baby.
At Popote, we opted for a slow steam cooking method to preserve all the wonderful nutrients naturally found in this vegetable. We then blend it into a smooth purée and that's it! You now have a carrot purée for Baby from 4 months onwards — it's over to you to create tailor-made menus for your little one.
Popote's organic carrot purée is an essential for starting your baby's food diversification from 4/6 months. And it'll stick with you throughout Baby's culinary adventures! In all non-objectivity, the best little carrot pot for Baby. Either way, it's your favourite Popote!
All our Popote products are 100% organic and, above all, free from unnecessary additives — only the good stuff, we promise!
A RECIPE FOR BABY
Mix some minced turkey purée with finely chopped tarragon leaves, warm the dish through, and serve alongside a warm carrot purée! A lovely little dish from 8 months.
A great opportunity to introduce Baby to sweet-and-savoury flavours too, with a delicious light mousse recipe with bananas and carrots.
All our recipes can be found in the Popote Minute.

Can the products be frozen?
Our (delicious) little purées have been cooked and then sterilised (heated to a high temperature) to ensure their preservation.
You can freeze them without any problem by following a few guidelines (the ingredients may however lose a little of their flavour):
– Do not place the pouch directly in the freezer, as its structure may be affected by freezing.
– Pour the contents into a suitable container beforehand (an ice cube tray, for example) or cook them before freezing.
– Never refreeze a product that has already been thawed.
Parent tip: use our little pouches to cook recipes for your baby, then freeze them to keep them for longer!
Once opened, how long does the pouch keep?
Our baby pouches can be kept in the fridge for up to 48 hours for fruit, vegetables and yogurt-style pouches, and up to 36 hours for meat, fish and ready meal pouches, provided they are stored hygienically and with the cap properly closed.
Should you add fat to your products?
There is no added fat in our pouches (except in the complete little meals).
And as you might expect, fat is essential for Baby! You can therefore add a teaspoon of oil per day between 4 and 12 months, and 2 teaspoons between 12 and 36 months, into the purée after warming it up.
My baby is allergic to cow's milk protein
None of our pouches contain any trace of cow's milk protein, except for our plain yogurt, vanilla yogurt, porridge, our meal pouches and possibly our beef and veal pouches.
But don't panic! We've thought of everything with our plant-based yogurts: maximum discovery with the Oat-Apple and Coco-Banana for babies with CMPA (please note, they contain little calcium).
Psst, all our machines are cleaned before each new production run, so there's no risk of cross-contamination.
