POPOTE'S BABY BANANA COMPOTE
Popote's banana compote is 100% organic and has been definitively voted the best compote ever by all the -parents- babies. The on-the-go version of the classic baby banana pot!
It's a true everyday essential to support Baby through weaning from 4/6 months. It's so easy to use, on its own or mixed with other flavours — orange blossom, vanilla, coconut milk… there are a thousand ways to delight Baby's palate! The ultimate love of the Popote team, we'll let you discover its gorgeous flambéed banana taste. Just make sure you leave some for Baby.
100% organic, grown with passion, prepared with care, gently steam-cooked with no unnecessary additives — that's what gives all our ingredients their wonderful flavour. And to keep Baby's taste buds amazed day after day, all our products are approved by a paediatric nutritionist.
THE RECIPE FOR BABY
For the crème de la crème from 12 months, thicken in a saucepan 6 scoops of powdered baby formula, 3 teaspoons of organic cornflour, 90ml of water, and your baby banana purée!
The great thing about a baby banana compote is that you can create a whole host of simple, quick recipes. Baby will be absolutely drooling for more!
Usage tips
- If this pouch has not been warmed up, it can be kept at room temperature and for up to 48 hours in the fridge after opening. Portionable, resealable, it can be reused provided hygienic storage conditions are maintained.
- Designed to preserve the ingredients, this little pouch is made without bisphenol A in accordance with regulations and packaged under a protective atmosphere.
- Feel free to unleash your culinary creativity by making your own recipes, but do not let children under 36 months play with the cap or without supervision!
- Don't forget to sort your recycling. All our pouches, including their caps, can go straight into the recycling bin!

Can the products be frozen?
Our (delicious) little purées have been cooked and then sterilised (heated to a high temperature) to ensure their preservation.
You can freeze them without any problem by following a few guidelines (the ingredients may however lose a little of their flavour):
– Do not place the pouch directly in the freezer, as its structure may be affected by freezing.
– Pour the contents into a suitable container beforehand (an ice cube tray, for example) or cook them before freezing.
– Never refreeze a product that has already been thawed.
Parent tip: use our little pouches to cook recipes for your baby, then freeze them to keep them for longer!
Once opened, how long does the pouch keep?
Our baby pouches can be kept in the fridge for up to 48 hours for fruit, vegetables and yogurt-style pouches, and up to 36 hours for meat, fish and ready meal pouches, provided they are stored hygienically and with the cap properly closed.
Should you add fat to your products?
There is no added fat in our pouches (except in the complete little meals).
And as you might expect, fat is essential for Baby! You can therefore add a teaspoon of oil per day between 4 and 12 months, and 2 teaspoons between 12 and 36 months, into the purée after warming it up.
My baby is allergic to cow's milk protein
None of our pouches contain any trace of cow's milk protein, except for our plain yogurt, vanilla yogurt, porridge, our meal pouches and possibly our beef and veal pouches.
But don't panic! We've thought of everything with our plant-based yogurts: maximum discovery with the Oat-Apple and Coco-Banana for babies with CMPA (please note, they contain little calcium).
Psst, all our machines are cleaned before each new production run, so there's no risk of cross-contamination.
