POPOTE'S SWEET POTATO PURÉE FOR BABY
Yes, yes, yes to sweet potato! With its slightly sweet and flavourful taste, it can elevate a simple dish in no time.
That's why Popote also lets baby enjoy its sweet potato purée from 4/6 months. A wonderfully original staple to have in your everyday kitchen. It also gives baby the chance to discover new flavours and tickle those little taste buds. Nothing easier than giving Baby's purée a twist — grab a Popote (Popote, pouch, sachet, little pot for Baby… call it what you like!), add a splash of coconut milk or a pinch of spices... Baby won't be able to get enough!
All our ingredients are organic and, above all, free from unnecessary additives — Popote doesn't do preservatives!
THE RECIPE FOR BABY
How to give Baby the sweet potato treatment? The sunshine recipe from 12 months: warm some sweet potato purée in a saucepan, add some chicken purée (a Popote pouch will do the trick), a knob of butter, then stir in 100 ml of coconut milk. The beauty of this recipe? It's simple and quick. Even the least adventurous parents will nail it — and baby will be asking for more!
You can do it!
Usage tips
- If this pouch has not been warmed up, it can be kept at room temperature and for up to 48 hours in the fridge after opening. Portionable and resealable, it can be reused provided hygienic storage conditions are maintained.
- Designed to preserve the ingredients, this little pouch is manufactured without bisphenol A in compliance with regulations and packaged under a protective atmosphere.
- Feel free to unleash your culinary creativity by creating your own recipes, but do not let children under 36 months play with the cap or without supervision!
- Don't forget to recycle. All our pouches, including their caps, can go straight into the recycling bin!

Can the products be frozen?
Our (delicious) little purées have been cooked and then sterilised (heated to a high temperature) to ensure their preservation.
You can freeze them without any problem by following a few guidelines (the ingredients may however lose a little of their flavour):
– Do not place the pouch directly in the freezer, as its structure may be affected by freezing.
– Pour the contents into a suitable container beforehand (an ice cube tray, for example) or cook them before freezing.
– Never refreeze a product that has already been thawed.
Parent tip: use our little pouches to cook recipes for your baby, then freeze them to keep them for longer!
Once opened, how long does the pouch keep?
Our baby pouches can be kept in the fridge for up to 48 hours for fruit, vegetables and yogurt-style pouches, and up to 36 hours for meat, fish and ready meal pouches, provided they are stored hygienically and with the cap properly closed.
Should you add fat to your products?
There is no added fat in our pouches (except in the complete little meals).
And as you might expect, fat is essential for Baby! You can therefore add a teaspoon of oil per day between 4 and 12 months, and 2 teaspoons between 12 and 36 months, into the purée after warming it up.
My baby is allergic to cow's milk protein
None of our pouches contain any trace of cow's milk protein, except for our plain yogurt, vanilla yogurt, porridge, our meal pouches and possibly our beef and veal pouches.
But don't panic! We've thought of everything with our plant-based yogurts: maximum discovery with the Oat-Apple and Coco-Banana for babies with CMPA (please note, they contain little calcium).
Psst, all our machines are cleaned before each new production run, so there's no risk of cross-contamination.
