POPOTE'S ARTICHOKE PURÉE FOR BABIES
Have you ever tasted a baby jar of artichoke? No? Hardly surprising — there aren't any (except at Popote)! Popote has thought of everything, even artichoke! Yes, yes, it's not your everyday ingredient, but artichoke is packed with goodness!
This artichoke purée for babies will win everyone over (you included ;)). You baby can try it from 4 or 6 months — they'll be asking for more! Easy to mix & match with other flavours, it's the ultimate Popote for introducing Baby to new tastes during weaning. And you won't find it anywhere else. If you're not too familiar with this ingredient, you'll find recipes further down.
At Popote, all our vegetable pouches are 100% organic and, above all, free from preservatives and unnecessary additives — promise. Nothing but goodness!
A RECIPE FOR BABY
For a little baby apéro from 15 months, mix a pouch of artichoke heart purée with a little finely chopped parsley and a drizzle of olive oil, then spread on a piece of bread. Simple and quick!
The Team Popote favourite? The creamy artichoke velouté, especially in winter.
All our artichoke recipes for babies can be found on Popote Minute. Send us your recipe ideas by email at bonjour@popote-bb.fr 📩. We'll be happy to share them (and test them!).
Usage tips
- If this pouch has not been heated, it can be kept at room temperature and up to 48 hours in the fridge after opening. Portionable and resealable, it can be reused provided hygienic storage conditions are maintained.
- Designed to preserve the ingredients, this little pouch is manufactured without bisphenol A in accordance with regulations and packaged under a protective atmosphere.
- Feel free to unleash your culinary creativity by making your own recipes, but never let a child under 36 months play with the cap or without supervision!
- Don't forget to recycle. All our pouches, including their caps, can go straight into the recycling bin!

Can the products be frozen?
Our (delicious) little purées have been cooked and then sterilised (heated to a high temperature) to ensure their preservation.
You can freeze them without any problem by following a few guidelines (the ingredients may however lose a little of their flavour):
– Do not place the pouch directly in the freezer, as its structure may be affected by freezing.
– Pour the contents into a suitable container beforehand (an ice cube tray, for example) or cook them before freezing.
– Never refreeze a product that has already been thawed.
Parent tip: use our little pouches to cook recipes for your baby, then freeze them to keep them for longer!
Once opened, how long does the pouch keep?
Our baby pouches can be kept in the fridge for up to 48 hours for fruit, vegetables and yogurt-style pouches, and up to 36 hours for meat, fish and ready meal pouches, provided they are stored hygienically and with the cap properly closed.
Should you add fat to your products?
There is no added fat in our pouches (except in the complete little meals).
And as you might expect, fat is essential for Baby! You can therefore add a teaspoon of oil per day between 4 and 12 months, and 2 teaspoons between 12 and 36 months, into the purée after warming it up.
My baby is allergic to cow's milk protein
None of our pouches contain any trace of cow's milk protein, except for our plain yogurt, vanilla yogurt, porridge, our meal pouches and possibly our beef and veal pouches.
But don't panic! We've thought of everything with our plant-based yogurts: maximum discovery with the Oat-Apple and Coco-Banana for babies with CMPA (please note, they contain little calcium).
Psst, all our machines are cleaned before each new production run, so there's no risk of cross-contamination.
