Detailed description
POPOTE'S SPINACH PURÉE FOR BABY
Popote's spinach is perfect for helping our little ones load up on fibre with a 100% organic purée. This vegetable is also packed with vitamin B9, essential for Baby's growth. The spinach purée from 4/6 months lets you continue weaning. And from 8 months, Baby can try the Popote Minute recipe creamy salmon and spinach risotto — an absolute treat!
With this veggie pouch, there's little chance Baby will end up hating spinach. They might even become a Popeye-level spinach fan.
All our ingredients are organic, gently steam-cooked and blended. We add nothing more — no preservatives, just goodness in every Popote! The on-the-go version of the classic baby jar!
*Spinach, like aubergine, tomato, and strawberry, are vegetables and fruits naturally high in histamine. Some babies may have a skin reaction to histamine — it's rare and usually mild. Have a chat with your favourite paediatrician if it happens to Baby.
A RECIPE FOR BABY
For a colourful, flavour-packed meal from 18 months, add a soft-boiled egg in the centre of the spinach purée. If you're feeling like a 5-star chef, you can also try this delicious spinach flan recipe.
All our recipes are available on Popote Minute.
PS: if Baby turns into a wrestler, send us photos.
Usage tips

- Designed to preserve the ingredients, this little pouch is manufactured without bisphenol A in accordance with regulations and packaged under a protective atmosphere.
- Let your culinary creativity run wild by creating your own recipes, but do not let your child under 36 months play with the cap or without supervision!

Can the products be frozen?
Our (delicious) little purées have been cooked and then sterilised (heated to a high temperature) to ensure their preservation.
You can freeze them without any problem by following a few guidelines (the ingredients may however lose a little of their flavour):
– Do not place the pouch directly in the freezer, as its structure may be affected by freezing.
– Pour the contents into a suitable container beforehand (an ice cube tray, for example) or cook them before freezing.
– Never refreeze a product that has already been thawed.
Parent tip: use our little pouches to cook recipes for your baby, then freeze them to keep them for longer!
Once opened, how long does the pouch keep?
Our baby pouches can be kept in the fridge for up to 48 hours for fruit, vegetables and yogurt-style pouches, and up to 36 hours for meat, fish and ready meal pouches, provided they are stored hygienically and with the cap properly closed.
Should you add fat to your products?
There is no added fat in our pouches (except in the complete little meals).
And as you might expect, fat is essential for Baby! You can therefore add a teaspoon of oil per day between 4 and 12 months, and 2 teaspoons between 12 and 36 months, into the purée after warming it up.
My baby is allergic to cow's milk protein
None of our pouches contain any trace of cow's milk protein, except for our plain yogurt, vanilla yogurt, porridge, our meal pouches and possibly our beef and veal pouches.
But don't panic! We've thought of everything with our plant-based yogurts: maximum discovery with the Oat-Apple and Coco-Banana for babies with CMPA (please note, they contain little calcium).
Psst, all our machines are cleaned before each new production run, so there's no risk of cross-contamination.
